Enzo Cancellation Policy
At Enzo Couriers, we strive to provide reliable and efficient delivery services. However, we understand that circumstances may require cancellations. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Customers may cancel an order free of charge if the request is made before the courier has been dispatched for collection.
- - Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days
2. Cancellation After Dispatch or During Transit
- Once the courier has collected the parcel, cancellations may incur a partial or full charge, depending on the stage of delivery.
- If the parcel is already in transit, customers may request a return to sender, subject to additional return fees.
Failed Delivery Attempts
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Unclaimed parcels may be returned to the sender after two failed attempts, with return shipping costs charged to the customer.
Refunds
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed based on services already rendered.
- No refunds will be issued for completed deliveries.
How to Cancel
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (support@enzocouriers.co.uk) or phone (customer service number) during business hours
- Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by Enzo Couriers.
Force Majeure
- Enzo Couriers is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control).
